The kit comes with head and gaskets, ready to assemble and does not require any special technical knowledge to be assembled and easily fits all Vespas without the need for specific machining. The technical characteristics of this cylinder are considerable torque and low fuel consumption. The work that Pinasco technicians have done to this cylinder can be summed up as exceptional strength guaranteeing superior performance at all rpm. Aluminum with Nicasil coating gives Pinasco thermic units exceptional strength and unique resistance guaranteeing superior performance in all operating regimes. Reed intake to cylinder - central spark plug - cylinder head with as many as 8 studs -> maximum sealing of support planes = maximum sealing under compression, even under high thermal stress. Primary and secondary exhaust diagrams developed by the Pinasco racing department to have maximum torque at every engine speed: even at low revs - "big back" engine with always ready delivery over every range for maximum power output - ideal for sports use even for touring.
