With the new Ø 167 MHR fan No. 7419899, at Malossi we have decreased the number of blades without penalizing cooling performance, meeting the needs of enthusiasts who ride very high performance engines (over 9000 rpm).

Turning of blades
To meet the needs of enthusiasts who mount very high-performance engines (over 9000 rpm), need the least weight and, at the same time, the most air displacement possible, our team reduced the number of main blades from 16 to 12--alternating with 12 auxiliary ones--while maintaining the same cooling power.

The secret to the impressive airflow the fan is able to move? The special curvature of the main blades: compared with fan 7416936B, the main blades in fact have a greater curvature. Thanks to this new design, we have maintained the same cooling power while decreasing the number of blades and, as a result, increasing the lightness of the component.

Shining bright
The new Ø 167 MHR cooling fan, moreover, is machined completely from billet aluminum alloy anodized in red and finished with diamond polishing in the attachment area.
Just a cosmetic affectation? No, sir: diamond plating not only ensures a longer product life, but also ensures a perfect fit with the housing area. This entails:

an improvement in the efficiency of dissipation of the heat generated,
a reduction in vibration,
a decrease in the risk of loosening.
The choice of aluminum instead of plastic also contributes to a smoother ride. In fact, aluminum-in addition to actively participating in heat dissipation-does not deform due to high temperatures: less deformation corresponds to less vibration.
