Wheels made from special case-hardening steel, the wheels are obtained by CNC hobbing machines, and the wheels are ground in the contact surfaces. In the contact surfaces between the gears, we obtained small pockets useful for transporting oil to increase and ensure lubrication between the walls sliding between them. The tooth numbers were calculated to give an optimized gear ratio. Lightening holes were drilled in all wheels where it was possible to perform them except in the area of the contact section between wheel and spur gear so as not to create breakage points.
