VMC "10 spring ERGAL" clutch for Vespa Large Frame for sprockets mod. Piaggio Vespa "COSA"

"Ergal" basket with hard anodization specifically for VMC clutch discs or discs mod. "CR80"

Inner steel spider with hardening treatment complete with bushing and washer.

- 4 aluminum conductors with specially made carbon/kevlar friction material and toothing type "CR80" discs.

- 4 laser cut steel driven discs to have the most precise pinion/disc coupling.

Laser cut harmonic steel clutch pack locking ring with holes for seeger caliper.

2 sets of no. 10 springs with different load:

- with the set of 10 soft springs, the clutch withstands powers of about 20hp

- with the set of 10 hard springs the clutch withstands powers of about 35hp

- with the set of 10 Extra hard springs the clutch withstands powers of about 45hp

N:B: the clutch mounts only with piaggio 8 spring "What" type clutch sprockets and plates.
