Born from the development and modification of Rollbar 1.0, this kit is designed for the track and to further strengthen the chassis by placing the maximum bending point of the center tunnel as a support constraint:
a more invasive solution than the first model, but also more effective.
FULL INOX components, with CNC billet centering bushings and solid laser-cut and CNC-bent brackets.

The center tube is a full 38mm diameter stainless steel, which will be centered by centering bushings also made of stainless steel and CNC machined from billet.
The real component that distinguishes this kit from all others, is the particular support plate that will be fixed between the saddle and the frame through the 2 original screws of the saddle, which will have only the function of centering and support, this is because all the force exerted will be distributed evenly over the frame thanks to the shaping of the plate that follows the profile of the frame avoiding possible cracks given by the concentration of force on a small surface: bracket also made of stainless steel and machined by laser cutting and CNC bending.

The second point of support is located under the handlebars, thus completely constraining the entire frame and reducing any bending to zero.

As support it has a rubber-coated bracket that goes to mate with the tunnel: exploiting the friction of the rubber, after tensioning the central axle, it makes the whole system firm.

The kit can be mounted WITHOUT ANY MODIFICATION and is therefore reversible at any time, so that the Vespa can be kept totally original.

We recommend this kit for all those who mount high-performance engines in their vespas, avoiding possible twisting and bending of the frame, improving the chassis and for those who adopt disc brake systems, which tend to make the frame flex when braking.
