Descrizione
BSK cylinder covers are specially designed for the Quattrini M200 cylinder. They are made of GFK (glass fiber reinforced plastic) and are lovingly handcrafted in small batches. This does not make them cheap compared to mass-produced industrial products, but the final product is worth every penny. The hoods are available in two versions.
The simpler version does not have an opening for the exhaust manifold. This can be easily milled into the hood using Dremel or similar tools.
The more elaborate version has a built-in tunnel for the exhaust manifold. This isolates its heat radiation from the cylinder cooling air immediately after exiting the cylinder, thus further improving the thermal balance of the cylinder. Alternatively, the bolted air duct insert can also be removed for other manifold variants.
