Upon close examination of the MK2 caliper, we see that Stage6 has developed a special return spring that returns the pistons to their rest position immediately after braking. The result is maximum wheel freedom under all circumstances.

The increased stiffness results in a well-defined pressure point. Whether on the street or on the track, the caliper provides even safer handling and braking can be delayed until the last moment.

The caliper goes well with the Stage6 R/T S6-1400401 / S61400400 master cylinders, but can also be used with other aftermarket master cylinders or the original master cylinder. Radial mounting of the brake caliper allows for easy and stable installation!

Note: In combination with older caliper adapters, slight machining of the adapter may be required due to the new caliper shape.

The brake caliper is supplied with road pads. However, we recommend using racing pads (sintered metal or ceramic) for maximum braking performance. The difference with optional pads is remarkable: You can expect an increase in braking power of up to 50%!
