These speed sensors are responsible for transmitting wheel rate rpm to the speedometer unit. They are suitable for attachment to either the front suspension wheel assembly or the engine housing at the rear. Connection adapters of different sizes allow them to be mounted to all common vehicle types. special brackets are also included for easy mounting. Active speed sensors are able to detect the mounting wheels to record rotational speed, although a magnet always provides a more solid signal transponder.
