Straight-tooth ratios for Vespa smallframe and ape 50 Racing series
Tooth construction is made with hob tool module 1.5 with related corrections for sprockets added to the original pair.
The tooth width has been increased to have higher strength without compromising smoothness.
Spring seats have been revised to use square wire springs. The increased travel of the sprocket guard preserves the gearbox and sprocket.
In the center is a roller bearing on the most stressed part and a guide bushing on the tang. This solution allows the bell to be compatible with the original startup gears.
The gears are supplied with EASY sprocket guard basket and pinion with bevel splines.
